A Story Of Amazing Fall Colors

After a 70 degree day, a fall storm rolled in.  Then came the high winds, rain, and hot coco temps.  A rain always intensifies fall colors.  Gold, orange and reds are more intense, as if a masterpiece was preserved with high gloss, clear, lacquer.

Such a threatening sky...

...gave way to a beautiful, fall sunset with even more earth color.

And when the last rays of sun for the day, broke through the clouds, the tops of the trees were golden, laquered, and high gloss.

And YES, I found color in the garden todaty.  My next post will share more late October garden.
